In the early 1930s, this district was one of the city's busiest trolley stops. Today, it thrives as a vibrant hub for artist studios, galleries, fine dining, and boutique retail. Our design incorporates two historic 16-foot streetcar tracks alongside a kinetic, waterjet-cut trolley wheel that spins with the wind — a living monument that bridges past and future.
